Part 2: How to create and edit Trello lists and cards on Trellogantt
Let’s get started!
Creating Cards and Lists
Cards and lists are the second most frequently used features on Trellogantt (The most frequently used function is creating Timelines). Any interactions on Trellogantt will be synced back to your Trello board. To create a card, simply click on the “+” icon beside the list, type in a name and it will be added as the newest card at the bottom in the list.
Similarly, you can click on the “+ Add List” bar at the end of the list to create a new list item.

Shifting Cards and Lists
Similar to interactions on Trello, cards and lists can be rearranged according to our preferences. Simply drag and rearrange any cards and lists to the desired position. All these changes will be translated back to your Trello board in real-time!
Each card are is color coded with a vertical bar on the right. The colour codes serve 2 (two) purposes on Trellogantt: First, cards without colour codes have no Timelines drawn yet. Second, when a Timeline is drawn, there are 3 (three) possible colours indicating the card’s status: RED (expired card), BLUE (cards that are not expired) and GREEN (completed cards).
Once you have completed a task (card), click on the checkbox next to the card title to indicate its completion. You will also see a green box indicated on your card under your Trello account.
Almost all aspects of the cards can be edited. Simply click on the card to see the information revealed in a pop-up box. As all changes made are synchronised between Trello and Trellogantt, different details of the card can be simultaneously edited without losing card integrity.
The synchronisation ability extends to features that are not part of Trello. For instance, you can change the start and end date of the card and see the changes applied throughout all browsers that tune onto the same Trellogantt and Trello board.
